Processing 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S., and free shipping on all domestic orders over $99.
Typical delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
   

Please note: Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to postal service issues.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the U.S. If you are outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us directly.

💚 Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction means everything to us. Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, we’ll always work with you to make it right.

Returns (Unused Items)

If you're not satisfied with your order and the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a product that arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace or refund your item.

All sale, sample, and gift with purchase items are final sale and not eligible for return.
